Top 5 Things About Lists and Rankings
1. These lists aren't mathematically accurate.
2. Ranking things are extremely difficult because you are essentially assuming that all these apples and oranges are actually bananas so that you can evaluate their disfigurements and how they taste in the same light. You are throwing any subjectivity so that you can objectively compare them to one another.
3. Ranking things, however, are extremely fun to do if you're geeky enough.
4. Not everyone's going to agree with the order or the content of your list but if you have EVERYONE agreeing about a topic, then that would be very lame.
5. Lists are lazy writing, but people also tremendously like lists because they're easy to read. Not doing much and pleasing people are in the Top 50 of Things I Like Doing.
Top 5 Things That are Screwed Up About My Car That I'm Too Lazy/Cheap To Fix
1. The transmission (I think). Sometimes, it somehow gets stuck in neutral while I'm driving then it jerks into gear after a couple of seconds.
2. Three out of the four windows won't open
3. One of the back speakers is rattly.
4. A fraction of the foam on the steering wheel has completely fallen off.
5. The rear right door is filled with rain water.
